You may request an exchange or return within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing us.
Return conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please use a trackable delivery service and send us the tracking number once your return has been posted.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 1–5 business days to appear.
Faulty items
Each order goes through a quality check before being packed. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty items, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If the item is deemed faulty, you may choose to receive a replacement free of charge or a full refund.
