Exchanges and returns

Eligibility window

You may request an exchange or return within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing us.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please use a trackable delivery service and send us the tracking number once your return has been posted.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 1–5 business days to appear.

Faulty items

Each order goes through a quality check before being packed. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty items, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

If the item is deemed faulty, you may choose to receive a replacement free of charge or a full refund.
